AP88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here unless the context requires otherwise:

• "AP88" or "Platform" refers to ap88 and all services provided through the official website ap88-bangla.com, including games, promotions, and account functions.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ap88 or who uses the ap88 platform in any capacity.

• "Funds" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) deposited into or available in a member's ap88 account for wagering purposes.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) ap88 account only. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated with immediate effect, including the forfeiture of all fund balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are responsible for:

1. Providing your full name as it appears on your official identification document.

AP88 accepts deposits via legitimate and recognised Malaysian payment methods only. The currently accepted payment methods are:

Total minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Funds are typically credited to your ap88 account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation by the payment service provider.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. AP88 does not accept deposits from accounts or e-wallets registered under another person's name. Ap88 members are entitled to withdraw from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a set threshold, ap88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing.

AP88 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms until the investigation is concluded. During the investigation period, the member concerned will be notified in writing of their account status.

All bonuses and promotions offered by ap88 are subject to rollover requirements and specific conditions stated in each promotional offer. The general conditions applicable to all ap88 bonuses are as follows:

• The standard ap88 rollover requirement is 15x of the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• The maximum bet limit while a rollover is active is RM50 per round or per bet. Bets exceeding this limit while a rollover is active will not count toward rollover progress.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period — typically 7 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all legitimate fund balances (excluding bonuses obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete. If an account is terminated at the member's own request, the available balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and ap88 before any further action is taken.
